Playhouse Nightclub Venue Profile
Playhouse Nightclub is located inside the old Fox Theater at 6506 Hollywood Blvd. At this adult playground, scantily clad go-go dancers slither in half cages, ribbon dancers in lingerie twist and contort on thin sheets, and hostesses decked out in feather headdresses shimmy to VIP tables with buckets of bottles. The vibe of this Vegas-style club is see and be seen, and a literal swarm of clubbers--an "in" crowd of sorts--down cocktails at three bars on the beehive-shaped first floor. On the upper VIP level, girls taking a break from sky-high stilettos lounge under a retractable sunroof sprinkled with glow in the dark plastic fireflies. Futuristic steely walls dotted with illuminated bubbles line the lower level, and a stage lit by neon lights hovers above the sunken dance floor.

The Crowd/ Party Scene. Lively mix of Hollywood club kids, well-dressed Valley commuters, college students, and birthday and bachelorette parties, early to mid-20s. At any occasion you can find a number of celebrities making their way inside, including: Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Chris Brown, Drake, Paris Hilton, Brody Jenner, Rumor Willis and number of other young Hollywood elites.
Playhouse Nightclub dress code policy for guests is strictly enforced. Fashionable, upscale attire is required to be granted entry. Playhouse Nightclub maintains the highest standards of dress attire for all of their patrons. NO baseball caps, jerseys, excessively baggy apparel, men’s sandals, men’s shorts, sweat suits/track suits, tennis shoes, etc.
What to Wear/ Dress Code. Clubby chic: button-downs, fashionable t-shirts, dresses, micro skirts, heels. Button up dress shirts with collars recommended for men. Dress shoes are recommended for men. Playhouse LA party-goer patrons must be at least 21 years of age. Proper valid ID such as a driver's license or passport is required. No exceptions. Management reserves all rights.
